Are you ready for a challenge like no other?

24 arduous hours of Fitness Squad UK sessions and tabbing, Mission24 is a 24 hour fitness challenge designed to push your body and mental strength to its limit! Step into the unknown and see what you can find out about yourself and your team mates in 24 hours.

The event will be held at Inspire Luton Sports Village starting on Saturday 15th July 2017 at 10am and finishing Sunday 16th July 2017 at 10am.

You can take part as a team of up to 4 people or on your own if you dare! This event is open for everyone, you don’t need to be a Fitness Squad UK member.

What’s Involved?

  • Fitness Squad UK sessions (always different and challenging)
  • Tabbing sessions (loaded march carrying a bergen)
  • Night tab (bring a head torch)

What Do You Need to Bring?

  • Tent and sleeping bag
  • Food and drink for the event – night and day.
  • Change of training clothing
  • Waterproofs
  • This is a self sustained event, you will need to look after yourself throughout


  • There are no showers available (you’re in the ARMY now!)
  • Toilets available
  • Music throughout the day
  • Marquee for socialising
  • Camp fire to keep warm

  • The amazing Hills Physical Development team will be joining us to offer there services for any niggles or injuries.
