Adam’s motto is: ‘Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live!’
Adam likes to put our troops through their paces using a variety of activities with the Tug of War rope. He likes to play football and is also a keen golfer. Adam runs sessions across a variety of our sites.
Adam runs the sessions in Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard.
