Do I need to be super fit?
No not at all! Our sessions are suitable for all fitness levels; whether you are a complete beginner or an athlete our instructors will help you achieve your goals! Our sessions are split into easy, medium and hard levels, all new members will start off at an easy level. Remember noBODY gets left behind!
What are the sessions like?
The sessions are fun, friendly and challenging. We use different techniques and equipment to make every session different and more interesting. The sessions don’t get easier you just get fitter and stronger. Any progress is better than no progress and we work with you to achieve your goals and targets.
Will the Instructor shout at me?
No! The instructor will give you instructions on what to do and advise you how to do them, the volume of the instructions are so he/she can be heard and is encouraging.
