Everyone’s goals are different. Whether it is an upcoming wedding, obstacle race or event and just to feel great and get fit, our team of friendly Instructors will challenge, motivate and support you every step of the way. Our qualified Instructors are trained to run boot camp sessions with a military twist.



Adam Meakins

Adam’s motto is: ‘Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live!’

Adam likes to put our troops through their paces using a variety of activities with the Tug of War rope. He likes to play football and is also a keen golfer. Adam runs sessions across a variety of our sites.
Adam runs the sessions in Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard.



Clint Jackson aka Jacko

Jacko is is an ex infantry soldier in the British Army & ex-bodyguard. A highly qualified instructor including Army school physical training – class 3 instructor, ASLS Phase 2 Instructor, BTEC Level 4 Defence Training Instructor. Sport, recreation and instructing level 2. City & Guilds – Sports recreation and allied occupations. Coaching, Teaching and instructing level 2 coaching adults exercise and fitness teaching and instructing circuits. His favourite band is Take That and likes long walks. Jacko runs the sessions in Chalfont St Peter, Chorleywood and Rickmansworth.



Danny Milliken

Danny has been involved in the fitness and exercise industry for the past 20 years. He is a qualified strength and conditioning coach, qualified sports therapist and level 5 personal trainer. He is also a qualified sports teacher and assessor. He has worked in public services as a fitness coach and worked with footballers, cage fighters and boxers. He enjoys Martial Arts and keeping myself in the best shape he can and trains 5 times a week. Danny runs the sessions in Cheshunt, Hoddesdon and Waltham Abbey.



Dave Zidane

Dave has been in the fitness industry for 10 years and enjoys OCR’s and finding the next new challenge. His favourite band is Little Mix and his favourite ice cream is raspberry ripple.

Dave runs the sessions in Barnet, Borehamwood and Potters Bar.



Joe Hurt

Joe’s motto is ‘make training a lifestyle, not a duty’ Joe loves to keep fit, he trains 4-5 times a week with resistance equipment and has done for the past 15 years. Joe’s favourite exercise for his members is anything with logs! Joe is very family orientated and spends 90% of his spare time with them, he says you can be doing nothing at all with the right people and enjoy every second.
Joe runs the sessions in Welwyn Garden City and Wheathampstead.



Jonny Blackwell

Jonny joined the British Army at 17 so physical fitness has always been an important part of his day to day life. During his 6 years of service (inc 2 years as a PTI) he has trained soldiers returning from injury, as well as soldiers already sustaining an elite level of fitness. Upon leaving the Army in 2015 it was only natural for him to follow the path of health and fitness. He is qualified Level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal trainer. He loves fishing and pizza. Jonny runs the sessions in Bishops Stortford and Sawbridgeworth.



Michael Cox aka Coxy

Coxy has been in the fitness industry for just over 5 years and enjoyed every minute of it. He keeps up to date with the latest in the fitness industry so he can deliver the best possible training for his members. He served as an infantry soldier in the British Army for 6 years and as a bodyguard for 2 years where his own personal fitness had to be at a high level. He is qualified level 3 personal trainer, master Kettlebell instructor, circuit training instructor, functional equipment trainer, exercise for fat loss, train for gain and nutrition for weight management instructor and also suspended movement instructor(TRX). His favourite football team is Arsenal and he doesn’t like tomatoes. Coxy runs the sessions in Harpenden, Luton and Stopsley.



Kieran Weatherley

Kieran is energetic and has the ultimate ‘can do’ attitude. Currently studying his BSC Nutrition (Hons) his knowledge on diet and nutrition is second to none. He has an arsenal of training techniques which he drawers on from his 7 years of Thai Boxing, transferring this to sessions with his high intensity boxing drills. Don’t be fooled by his boyish charm, Kieran ‘loves to push the limits, as limits are there to be broken.’ Kieran runs the sessions in St Albans, London Colney, Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead.



Nick Acock

Nick has been in the in the fitness industry for 17 years. He loves to continually learn about all areas of fitness and is currently studying to become a fully qualified MC Chiropractic Doctor and doing a 5 year working degree. He is a fully qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer, CrossFit Coach as well as Performance Enhancement Specialist in the field of Strength and Conditioning Coaching for Sports Teams. He loves sport and helping people achieve their goals. Nick runs the sessions in Oxford.



Richard Covington

Richard served with the French Foreign Legion in which time his fitness levels were pushed to the limit. He is currently serving with the Royal Anglian Regiment in the British Army. Fitness is his passion and it’s part of his day every day. He is a massive petrol head and loves motor sport both bikes and cars. He is a level 2 instructor and level 3 personal trainer. Richard runs the sessions in St Neots, Bushey, Biggleswade and Stotfold sites.



Scott Henderson

Scott served 22 years in the British Army, 12 of those years with British Airborne as a Military Parachutist before joining the Metropolitan Police Service. He is a qualified Swimming Instructor and level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. He loves circuit training, Kettlebell training and swimming. He has a dog called Clive and loves strawberry icecream. Scott runs the sessions in Heathrow, Uxbridge and West Drayton.



Sean Smith aka Smithy

Sean aka Smithy has been a fitness instructor for 7 years and has specialised in boot camps for over 4 years. He is a level 3 personal trainer and nutritionist. He loves to ski and is a season ticket holder at Luton Town FC. He also loves to ride his Yamaha R6 superbike. Smithy runs the sessions in Finsbury Park and Muswell Hill.



Aaron Weatherley

Aaron has a history of sport and fitness, playing football at a professional level with Aston Villa and Northampton. He also trains 5-6 times a week using resistance training and Crossfit to keep in shape. Aaron has previous experience of running boot camp sessions for three years. His attitude has always been to ‘Strive for perfection in all that you do’ and this reflects in his can do attitude in his training. Ask him about his tattoo 😉 Aaron will be running the sessions in Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, London Colney and St Albans.



Stephen Murgett

Steve’s motto is: ‘The best things in life will always be the hardest to achieve’. Steve believes in the power of the circuit and sets out circuits to challenge our troops and keep his sessions exciting. He likes boxing and running to keep in shape. Steve runs the sessions in Milton Keynes.



Tom Owen

Tom’s motto is: ‘For fitness to be successful, it has to be challenging and fun’. Tom likes to incorporate log squats and presses into his sessions to push our troops hard. He likes to keep in shape and enjoys seeing the progress of our members.
Tom runs the boot camp in Hitchin, Letchworth and Stevenage.
